The Deck and The Meadows
Our sprawling outdoor space is so large we divided it into two sections. The Deck, inspired by the material and structural elements of a deck, offers a barbecue area with multi-level stadium seating, gathering areas, fire pits, couches and outdoor games. Just like your backyard.
The Meadows, a nod to our location in Rolling Meadows, is a large grassy area featuring lounge chairs, farm tables and the perfect location for an outdoor workout class.

The Hub
The Hub is the central point of connection and activity for the property. Retail lines the hallways. The Game Room and cafe is located just to the side, and the health club is right downstairs.
Health Club
Midtown Fitness
A 23,000 square foot health club powered by Midtown Fitness. Our full-service health club offers state-of-the-art equipment, group glasses, personal trainers, two basketball courts and four racquetball courts. Open only to building tenants at a low monthly cost.
Tenant Lounge
CT Social Club
Where every tenant is a member. CT Social Club is buzzing with activity all day. With a view to the outdoors, it’s a place for meals, meetings, working, or a social gathering. On chilly days, grab a seat by the fireplace to warm up.

With the tagline ‘stay and play’ this is the spot for tenants who love a little friendly competition. Pool, ping pong, shuffle board and football tables fill the room. Board games fill the tables. Come on your lunch break or after work.

Our onsite cafe serves up made to order meals for breakfast and lunch. Dine at the adjacent CT Social or on nice days grab a seat on The Deck.
